French 102

Extra Credit

Please check this page to find out more about extra credit opportunities; I will update it throughout the semester.

    • You may choose up to FOUR French films (and by this I mean films originally made IN FRENCH). In order to earn the extra credit, please watch the film and complete this form IN FRENCH: Film Extra Credit Sheet. Do not use internet translators! You may either type or write by hand, and it’s fine if you turn the extra credit sheets in in class or via email, as you prefer. All film extra credit sheets must be submitted by the last day of classes and will not be accepted after that.
    • You may attend French Club activities and earn extra credit each time. To receive notices the day of these activities, like the Facebook page: UK French Club or follow us on Twitter; you can also access the updated schedule here: French Club Schedule.
    • Click any of the following newspapers and choose an article: LibérationLe MondeFrance SoirL’HumanitéLe Canard enchaînéLe Figaro. Read the article and write a paragraph in reaction to it (in French; no internet translators!). By this I mean share your opinions about the piece; do not just summarize it. Due via email or on paper by the last day of class.
